New Members

New members must pay for DAC Membership before submitting a new member application. Click the ADD TO CART button and follow the instructions, then go to http://www.dancewear.ca/join-dac/membership-application-form and fill out the membership application form.

Members are reviewed by the DAC executive to confirm that their business in is compliance with the DAC Code of Ethics (http://www.dancewear.ca/join-dac/dac-code-of-ethics). New members will be contacted once the review is completed. If their application is rejected, the DAC membership fee will be reimbursed in full.
